Executive Director Networking Group

This gathering is for Executive Directors, CEOs, Managing Directors, or the senior most paid staff person of charities and non-profits in Campbell River.  This group meets once every four months to increase collaboration among organizations through enhanced relationships and shared experience while decreasing professional isolation among those working in this role.

This session topic will include the development of annual plans and budgets.  Executive Directors, CEOs and Managing Directors wishing to attend should RSVP to marruda@crfoundation.ca.

While there is no requirement to bring anything, if comfortable, participants can bring a photo, printed example, or template of an annual plan or budget that has worked for them.  Participants might also reflect on past experiences that have shaped their process in the development of their plans, including stories of what NOT to do!
