đź“Ť 11:30 AM – 12:00 PM – Assemble at Headquarters
Report to your assigned hero transportation device (golf cart), secure your gadgets (golf clubs), and uncover your secret utility kit (swag bag) waiting on your seat! Arrive at high noon to scout the field of legends, stock up on redemptions (mulligans), grab your power-up snack, and calibrate your swing on the practice range.
📢 12:40 PM – The Mission Briefing
Hydration levels? Maximum. Sun-shield? Applied. Driver? Armed. Don’t miss the final tactical briefing before we deploy all the heroes to their starting positions for the mission ahead!
🎯 1:00 PM – The Great Scramble Commences: Double Shotgun Start
It’s go time! All heroes will deploy across the course for a double shotgun start, scrambling through 18 holes of trials, triumphs, and strategically placed super-sponsor power-ups. Expect legendary challenges, refreshing fuel stations, and a few heroic surprises along the green!
🍸 7:00 – 10:00 PM – The Victory Gala
The mission on the green is complete, but the greatest challenge and the biggest celebration is just beginning! Join us for an epic evening featuring:
⚡ The Grand Feast: A delicious dinner to refuel our champions and toast to the days victories!
🎶 The Moment: We’re holding out for a hero! Prepare for a high-energy, cinematic launch to our Live & Silent Auctions. This is where the real legends are made!
