Now open! Campbell Rivers newest (and only!) coworking space is now open in the heart of Campbell River at 302-871 Island Highway.
You can now use our temporary booking site to book a tour, desk, meeting room, or office! For the month of March, all co-working desks are $20. Beginning in April, the new Business Rates and Non-Profit & Student Rates will be in effect!
Flexibility is key
Our new professional shared office space has been intentionally created with flexibility in mind to always meet the needs of the day. Our space includes two main open-concept work areas with hot desks in each. A hot desk is a desk available for rent by the day in a common area of an office. Different people may use the same desk, depending on the day.
Open-Concept Spaces
At the front of our office (West facing) is an open-concept space with 4 individual work spaces available and tons of natural light. This space adapts to a meeting area for up to 12 people. This area is for meetings that do not require technology, just a good old-fashioned meeting with talking and notetaking!
At the back of the office is the larger open-concept space featuring six individual work spaces. This room can adapt to accommodate meetings, workshops or presentations with up to 24 people. This larger space features two 65″ Smart TVs for wirelessly sharing or presenting your screen and presentation materials.

Events during business hours are non-confidential. For confidential events during business hours, there is an additional $150 flat fee for a shut out of the space. Events outside of business hours are available on a case-by-case basis, pending available staffing.
Private Spaces
Along the North wall of the office, there are three private offices.
Private Office
One office is available for rent by the day or month with a closed door, desk, and chair. This space is best served for someone who needs to take a lot of calls or meet with someone for a confidential discussion. This office can accommodate up to two people working together.
Meeting Room for 6
The second office is set up as the smaller meeting room. This space offers a closed door, a 65″ Smart TV for sharing screens or working on group projects, and can accommodate up to 6 people at a round table. Coming soon: an Owl for hybrid meetings!
CR Community Foundation Office
The third office is set up as the Community Foundation “headquarters.” Book a time to meet with our Executive Director to discuss all things related to the Campbell River Community Foundation! Grant programs, legacy or philanthropy planning, community needs, sustainability for your organization, we would love to connect with you on all of the above, and more!
Other Features and Amenities
Our coworking space has a kitchenette with a fridge, sink, microwave, kettle, coffee maker, and coffee grinder. For events and catering, please be sure to bring all your meals ready to serve. You can keep things in the fridge until they are needed and use the microwave to heat anything required, but we do not have a stove or oven. Coming soon: a dishwasher!
We offer printing and scanning to people who work from The Heart! Printing is included and is on an honor system. For larger documents, please support one of our local printing companies or make a donation to the Campbell River Community Foundation.
There are limited memberships (4) available. Memberships include 15 business days per month and use of our tech kits. A tech kit includes a 24″ monitor, startech docking station, keyboard and mouse, all hooked into your personal laptop with a single USB-C or USB cord. Also included is a monitor riser and desk pad.
